CONFERENCE FEES

Conference attendance can be onsite as previous conferences, or online. Sessions will be broadcasted for all registered users with credentials.

  • Onsite Regular attendance: Early 900€, Late 990€
  • Students fee: Early: 500€, Late: 550€ (student certification will be requested)
  • Companions fee (tickets will be available for individual social events).
  • Remote (online) attendance, 320€

Onsite Registration fee includes:

  • Attendance to the 5-day symposium
  • Meals and coffee breaks during the event
  • Welcome cocktail on Sunday, Monday dinner and Symposium dinner
  • Delegate pack, which including the Book of Papers
  • Membership fee of DYMAT association for three years 

Online Registration fee includes:

  • Online attendance to the 5-day symposium
  • Book of Papers in PDF
  • Membership fee of DYMAT association for three years

Cancellation policy: 

By attendee: 

  • before 1July: 95% refund    
  • 2 July – 10 August: 50% refund
  • after 10 August: no refund
  • changes from 10 August: add 25% (delegate replacement)

By organization (for imperative reasons like C19): 

  • 90% refund. (10% will be dedicates to cover organization costs)
